Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum solutions with classical infrastructure
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals and top-tier conferences
- Secure government and industry grants for quantum research initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Engineering (postdocs welcome)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Published research in quantum information science or related fields
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and simulation frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
