Responsibilities
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum algorithms and error correction protocols

- Secure federal and private research funding through grant proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum hardware platforms
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and low-temperature physics
