Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Lead experimental validation on 50+ qubit quantum processors
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybridize quantum-classical workflows
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and secure patents
- Mentor junior researchers and drive open-source quantum initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2020-2026 graduates welcome)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum gate-based systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing venues
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
