Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in superconducting qubits or topological quantum systems
- Proven grant-writing success ($2M+ secured)
- Published work in Nature/Science/Physical Review X
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM/AWS)
- Strong background in complex systems optimization
