Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance and healthcare
- Lead prototyping sessions for quantum hardware components at 4K temperature thresholds
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-accelerated machine learning models
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction methodologies
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through compelling proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum discipline
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design using Qiskit or Cirq
- Published research in Nature Physics or equivalent high-impact journal
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy validation frameworks
- Track record of securing government or corporate quantum research funding
- Expertise in quantum-safe cryptography implementation
