Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction techniques to enhance qubit coherence and scalability

- Conduct experimental research using quantum hardware platforms and simulation tools

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Quantum Information, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience with publication record
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation tools
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
