Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography and optimization
- Lead experiments on superconducting quantum processors to validate error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate qubit decoherence and improve gate fidelity
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Secure patents and intellectual property for quantum computing innovations
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to cross-functional project roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years of research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical simulation tools
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing or physics journals
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Experience with low-level quantum hardware control systems (e.g., QCC, LabVIEW)
