Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for near-term quantum devices
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction codes for 2026-scale systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development on hardware
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published work in quantum error correction or cryptography
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in linear algebra and computational complexity
- Track record of securing DARPA/NSF grants
