Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization challenges
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge theoretical models with physical implementations
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation sprints

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum simulators or hardware platforms
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum information science or top-tier conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation techniques
