This position reports directly to our Chief Futurist and offers executive-level exposure to Fortune 500 clients reshaping their digital infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms solving complex optimization problems in logistics, cryptography, and drug discovery
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists to develop quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity for mission-critical applications
- Partner with product teams to commercialize quantum solutions for healthcare, finance, and climate modeling sectors
- Author white papers and patents advancing quantum computing methodologies for 2026-era challenges
- Present breakthrough findings at global forums including IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, PRL) on quantum error correction or algorithm optimization
- Experience leading quantum projects with $10M+ budgets and 20+ person teams
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and practical scalability limitations
- Strong track record of commercializing quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- Security clearance eligibility for DoE and DARPA collaborations
