Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures with fault-tolerant capabilities
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum processors and cryogenic systems
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum algorithms for commercial viability
- Create roadmaps for quantum cloud service deployment across global data centers
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum hardware-software co-design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures and cryogenic engineering
- Strong background in quantum machine learning algorithms and optimization
- Experience with quantum circuit design using frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq
- Familiarity with NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
