Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid architectures for enterprise-scale deployments

- Create migration roadmaps for legacy systems to quantum-integrated platforms
- Establish quantum performance benchmarks and optimization protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm implementation
- Proven track record in architecting fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and error correction techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical optimization tools
- Experience with hybrid cloud-quantum deployment models (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Certifications in quantum security (e.g., Qiskit Advocate, Quantum Network Engineer)
