Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing infrastructure supporting 100+ qubit systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for quantum supremacy applications
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical HPC environments
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant communication networks
- Collaborate with research teams on quantum algorithm optimization
- Drive innovation in cryogenic cooling and photonic interconnect systems
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting circuits
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
