Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with physicists and engineers to translate technical concepts
- Create predictive UX models for quantum computing adoption and usability challenges
- Establish quantum UX research methodologies and best practices
- Present findings to C-suite executives and influence product roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, HCI, or Physics with UX specialization
- 5+ years experience in emerging tech UX research (AR/VR, AI interfaces)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and their human implications
- Expertise in eye-tracking, EEG, and biometric research methodologies
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier HCI or quantum research journals
- Experience leading global research teams and managing research budgets
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative solutions for complex technical interfaces
