Job Description
Shape the future of human-computer interaction at NeuroSync Labs, where we're pioneering quantum-entangled user experiences for 2026. Join our elite team of neuro-UX scientists to decode cognitive patterns across emerging interfaces – from holographic AR to neural-linked IoT systems. This role bridges cutting-edge neuroscience, quantum computing, and UX design to create intuitive, emotionally resonant experiences that will define the next decade.
You'll lead groundbreaking research on subconscious user behavior, develop predictive models for interface adaptation, and collaborate with quantum AI engineers to prototype next-gen interaction paradigms. Our lab operates at the intersection of biometric sensing, generative design, and spatial computing – offering unparalleled opportunities to impact how humanity connects with technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum-entangled user studies using biometric sensing (EEG, fNIRS) and spatial computing
- Develop predictive UX models using quantum machine learning algorithms
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of neuroscientists, quantum engineers, and AR/VR designers
- Prototype adaptive interfaces that respond to emotional and cognitive states in real-time
- Establish industry-first UX frameworks for quantum-computing environments
- Present findings to C-suite executives and global research partners
- Author white papers on the future of human-computer symbiosis
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum UX Design
- 5+ years experience with neuro-UX research and quantum computing interfaces
- Expertise in biometric data analysis and machine learning frameworks
- Portfolio showcasing quantum-UX prototypes for AR/VR systems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM on human-quantum interaction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in advanced neurofeedback and spatial computing
- Fluency in generative AI tools (MidJourney, DALL-E 3)
