You'll pioneer research methodologies for brain-computer interfaces, conduct longitudinal studies on augmented reality adoption curves, and develop ethical frameworks for AI-augmented decision-making systems. Our Austin hub collaborates with MIT's Quantum Human Interaction Lab and the European Neurotech Consortium.
Responsibilities
- Design neuro-ergonomic experiments for quantum-entangled UX systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing ethical AI interaction protocols
- Analyze quantum-encrypted user behavior datasets using advanced biometric AI
- Create predictive models for 2026's immersive technology adoption patterns
- Develop cognitive load assessment tools for multi-sensory interfaces
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to optimize brain-computer feedback loops
- Publish whitepapers on quantum UX implications for regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Psychology
- 5+ years researching emerging tech interfaces (VR/AR/BCI)
- Published work on quantum cognition or neuro-ergonomics
- Proficiency in quantum-resistant encryption UX testing methodologies
- Experience with fNIRS/EEG data analysis using Python/R
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or ACM
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology foresight projects
