Responsibilities
- Monitor live chat sessions and forums in real-time to enforce community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries with empathy and professionalism while maintaining brand voice
- Identify and escalate high-risk conversations to senior moderators
- Generate weekly engagement reports and improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with content teams to develop moderation protocols
- Train new moderators on platform-specific tools and policies
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance user experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in content moderation or community management
- Exceptional written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Familiarity with moderation tools (e.g., Khoros, ModSquad)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communities
- BA/BS in Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts
