- Identify and escalate inappropriate content, harassment, or policy violations
- Document moderation activities and provide weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with content and moderation teams to refine community standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in content moderation, customer service, or online community management
- Exceptional written communication skills with neutral, professional tone
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote environment
