Responsibilities
- Monitor live chat conversations in real-time to enforce community guidelines
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and resolve conflicts with professionalism
- Identify and report inappropriate content, spam, or policy violations
- Collaborate with moderation team using internal communication tools
- Document moderation actions and escalate critical issues to supervisors
- Participate in ongoing training on platform updates and policies
- Maintain accurate moderation logs for compliance and quality assurance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 50 WPM typing speed with exceptional spelling/grammar
- Experience in customer service, moderation, or conflict resolution
- Proficiency with digital communication tools (Slack, Discord, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of internet culture and platform algorithms
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Resident of Dallas, TX area required (remote position)
