Qualifications

- 1+ years in customer service, moderation, or community management
- Exceptional written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with chat moderation tools (e.g., ModSquad, Talkdesk)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
