- Document incident reports and escalate critical issues promptly
- Maintain accurate moderation metrics and performance data
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in content moderation or customer support
- Exceptional written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using moderation tools (e.g., ModSquad, Khoros)
- Strong understanding of internet culture and platform policies
- High typing speed (60+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must reside in Albuquerque, NM area
