Responsibilities
- Monitor and review user interactions in real-time chat channels to ensure safety and compliance.
- Enforce community guidelines and policies consistently and fairly.
- Assist users with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support via live chat.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior moderators or management promptly.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic tone in all written communications.
- Document chat logs and report trends to the support team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent typing speed (40+ WPM) with high accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (min 25 Mbps).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong English grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
