Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate live chat sessions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies.
- Respond to user inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Identify and flag potential security threats, inappropriate content, or policy violations.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized teams when necessary.
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice that aligns with our brand identity.
- Document user interactions and report trends to the operations team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in communications or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, moderation, or content moderation.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40-50 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar, spelling, and tone.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
