- Enforce community guidelines with swift, fair moderation actions
- Document violations and generate detailed incident reports
- Escalate complex issues to senior moderators or management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation protocols
- Provide exceptional user support during high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content moderation or community management
- Exceptional written communication skills with flawless grammar
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume interactions
- Familiarity with moderation tools (ModSquad, ModCase, etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital platform policies (TOS, Community Guidelines)
- High-speed reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Must be available to work evenings/weekends as needed
