Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming and outgoing chat messages to ensure content is appropriate and safe.
- Enforce community guidelines and policies consistently and fairly.
- Identify and de-escalate conflicts between users or escalate to senior management when necessary.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to user inquiries via live chat.
- Report bugs, glitches, or policy violations to the technical team for resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training and quality assurance reviews.
Qualifications
- Must be a resident of the United States.
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a working laptop/desktop.
- Strong typing skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service, moderation, or call centers is a plus but not required.
- Ability to maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all interactions.
