Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support management promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and community standards.
- Document all interactions and update customer profiles accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the service team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Fluent in English with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Proven experience in customer service or chat support is highly desirable.
- Typing speed of at least 40-50 words per minute.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in using multiple computer applications and chat tools simultaneously.
