Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content in real-time chat channels to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently.
- Enforce platform policies regarding spam, harassment, and inappropriate behavior.
- Report technical issues or bugs to the technical support team immediately.
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional tone in all communications.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on policy changes and best practices.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to develop strategies for community growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent English grammar and communication skills.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Access to a computer and webcam for occasional check-ins.
