Responsibilities
- Moderate live chat sessions to ensure a safe and positive environment for all users.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via text-based communication channels.

- Identify trends in user feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

Qualifications
- Must be a legal resident of the United States (Las Vegas, NV preferred).
- Exceptional written English skills with a focus on grammar, spelling, and tone.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or chat moderation is highly desirable.
- Access to a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
