Responsibilities
- Monitor live chat channels and social media platforms in real-time to enforce community guidelines and policies.
- Respond to user inquiries, complaints, and support requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Identify and de-escalate conflicts or abusive behavior to maintain a safe environment for all users.
- Collaborate with the content moderation team to flag and remove inappropriate content.
- Provide feedback to product teams regarding user trends and feature requests.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate logs of moderation activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in online safety and community management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, social media moderation, or chat support roles.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience with content moderation tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
