Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate real-time chat forums across multiple platforms
- Enforce community guidelines while maintaining positive user engagement
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content, spam, or policy violations
- Document moderation activities and provide weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content strategy and policy updates

Qualifications
