- Enforce community guidelines and content policies with consistent judgment
- Respond to user inquiries within 30-second target response times
- Document escalated cases and flag emerging trends to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation tools
- Maintain detailed activity logs and monthly performance reports
- Participate in weekly training sessions on platform updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or digital moderation
- Exceptional written communication with flawless grammar skills
- Ability to handle 5-10 concurrent chat conversations efficiently
- Strong understanding of internet culture and platform-specific nuances
- Proficient in using moderation tools (e.g., Modibot, Kustomer)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
