Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate real-time chat conversations across multiple platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and content policies consistently
- Identify and escalate safety concerns, harassment, or policy violations
- Document moderation actions and maintain detailed incident reports
- Provide exceptional user support through proactive chat engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine moderation strategies
- Participate in ongoing training on emerging digital safety trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or community moderation experience
- Exceptional written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in multitasking and handling high-volume chat environments
- Strong understanding of digital safety and online community dynamics
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
