Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate live chat conversations in real-time to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond promptly to user inquiries with professional and accurate information
- Identify and address inappropriate content, including spam, harassment, and policy violations
- Document moderation activities and escalate complex issues to senior moderators
- Collaborate with team members to refine moderation strategies and best practices
- Maintain detailed reports on community engagement and trends
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns through chat moderation
Qualifications
- Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Previous customer service or moderation experience preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online community standards
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
- Must be available to work evenings/weekends (20-30 hours/week)
