Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in online community moderation or customer support
- Exceptional written communication skills and cultural awareness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with chat moderation tools (e.g., Slack, Discord, ModSquad)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities
- High-speed internet access and quiet home office environment
- Must reside in Los Angeles, CA area
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
