Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate live chat communications across multiple platforms
- Enforce community guidelines with empathy and professionalism
- Escalate policy violations to senior moderators
- Document moderation actions and trends in our CRM system
- Collaborate with product teams to improve safety features
- Participate in weekly training on emerging threats and trends
- Maintain 99% uptime during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service or moderation experience
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition
- Proficient in CRM and ticketing systems
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Available to work evenings/weekends as needed
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
