- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality assurance

- Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports for accurate compensation

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote contract or virtual assistant roles
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software
