Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain product knowledge certification through quarterly training
- Support weekend/holiday coverage on rotating basis
- Analyze customer feedback trends to inform product enhancements
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience handling sensitive customer escalations
- Associate degree or equivalent certification preferred
