Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% resolution rate
- Document interactions in CRM system and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product updates and service protocols
- Proactively upsell solutions based on customer needs and usage patterns
- Participate in weekly team training sessions and performance reviews
- Contribute to customer feedback analysis for service enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or technical support environment
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed home internet and quiet dedicated workspace
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Memphis area residency preferred (TN driver's license required)
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
