Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise-level clients
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document cases accurately in our CRM system and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical problems
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through proactive communication
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new product features

Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and helpdesk software
