Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field (remote or in-office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
