- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff while keeping the customer informed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and service protocols.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar support role (remote or onsite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
