Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the support team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be a legal resident of the United States with a valid US work permit.
