Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product/service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM system and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance targets including CSAT and resolution rates
- Identify process improvement opportunities and share feedback
- Participate in ongoing product training and team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must reside in San Francisco, CA metropolitan area
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
