Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and digital communications with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment

- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
