Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining strict data privacy standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues for resolution
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in call center or remote environment
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and resilience in fast-paced situations
