Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with speed and accuracy
- Process orders, returns, and billing adjustments using CRM systems
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference customer needs
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
- Ability to multitask and manage time independently
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer-first mindset
