- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex billing and product issues
- Upsell solutions during interactions to exceed monthly revenue targets
- Participate in daily team huddles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain 99.5% adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
