Responsibilities

- Resolve product/service issues using established protocols and CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases for continuity
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and resolution rate

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or contact center setting
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a virtual environment
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Must pass background check and drug screening
