Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cross-departmental customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and first-contact resolution
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or contact center environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office space
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
