Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional efficiency and professionalism
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict data confidentiality
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure seamless resolutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention strategies
- Adhere to quality standards while maintaining an average handle time of 6-8 minutes
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge and service skills
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to elevate the customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with clear articulation
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced, remote work settings
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Valid US work authorization and ability to work EST hours (9 AM - 6 PM)
